April Fools! Not! MOVIES!!!!!!!!

As of yesterday, I found out that April fools doesn't work on everything.
You can check if you wish on Spill.com on their "Let's Do This!" podcast, so here we go.

First, the beloved 1990's Independence Day is going to have two more additions in the future, which will be handled by those guys who did 2012. Hopefully it has some sort of plot other than "Oh no! Aliens!"

Second, is that Legendary Studios, the guys who made the Dark Knight and the brand new Clash of the Titans, have snagged the rights to The King of Monsters!!!!!! In other words, they'll be making a Godzilla movie soon. I don't know whether to cheer or cry after that American lizard fiasco.
