Its a clusterfuck of red pixels, and somehow I would except youtube to turn into that one day.

Okay, that was... time consuming... Why is he using Windows XP And IE5? And why is some of the text in Japanese but not all of it?

See, the key phrase is "used to". I am more concerned by the fact he noticed all that.... o_O

IE5 is like Kryptonite to me... Plus it has so many problems that it's not funny.
If you use a Japanese computer it will localize most if not all text to that language. Oh and there is a Japanese youtube!
Windows XP is like Kryptonite to me... And so is windows vista...
